We love our volunteers, and there are always ways to get involved at Great Waldorf Oak School!

Our Parent Circle is a vibrant, dedicated, and talented community of parent volunteers that help our teachers and administrators support our children as well as find an increased sense of community through their involvement with this wonderful school.

We envision our Parent Circle as a great Oak tree that protects and nourishes our children. Each committee is a branch and each volunteer a leaf on that branch.

Our Parent Circle will be an active community, supporting and carrying out the needs of our teachers and administration, and will be involved in the education of both our parents and the community in the principles of Waldorf Education. Great Oak Waldorf School will strive to make a Waldorf education available to anyone desiring it. Our children will thrive on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. They will graduate knowing they can do anything and, rooted in knowledge of Self, will go on to their next level of education or job with enthusiasm and reverence, confident in their ability to succeed.

All parents are asked to donate volunteer time, and our Parent Circle wishes for each parent to find a way to give that nourishes their spirit. Parent Circle is open to all parents and caregivers of enrolled children. We invite you to attend and find ways to give back to the community and stay informed of upcoming events.
